The Music School Dropout

I am the American Dream, the new American Dream

My Name is Paul. I play the Guitar and Bass. Sing a little bit.

I enrolled in the Lamont School of Music at DU in 2004.  I had just turned 18 and had no idea what I was getting myself into.  I was studying the wrong instrument, and way out of my league.  I didn't have the financial fortitude to stay at Lamont, and transferred to CU Denver's college of Arts and Media to study Recording and Commercial Music Business.  Border-lining on burn out,  I graduated in 2010 with Majors in Psychology, Religious Studies, and Music Business.

Now in my early thirties and still paying handsomely for those years at Lamont. and no Performance degree to my name, Iā€™m going back to music. The 21st century has more education and technology available than ever.

I have been playing guitar for almost 20 years, and am still discovering new ideas on the instrument.  I have been working with Audio and Live sound for over 10 years, and couldn't be more excited with all the new technology happening in that department.

Welcome to my corner of the internet.  Let's Jam.
